the reason I like this Ceylon Cinnamon is the lingering exotic fragrance which is more subtle than other Cinnamons but with a flavor which is sublime. I love a pinch in my coffee or tea with cinnamon powder. The spice combination also works well in teas. I highly recommend this brand’s cinnamon as it was the freshest ceylon cinnamon I have ever used because of the foil sealed bags. When you open the bag an take a small whiff.. you will understand why I have taken the time to write this review.
